RETURN POLICY

If, at any point, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily issue a refund. Simply contact us by email at contact@zomatonics.com, by phone at 541-612-0020, or over Instagram @zomatonics. No return is necessary.
Limitations:
* Limited to one refund per product. If multiple products were ordered, remaining products must be returned unopened for full refund.
** Any abuse of this offer, as determined by ZOMA, may result in the rescission of the risk-free trial.
General Returns
You may return any unopened products for a full refund of the sale price within 30 days of order. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the returned product being received by ZOMA LLC. You may request a free return label by reaching out to contact@zomatonics.com.
Any of our products arriving damaged or in poor condition are eligible for a full refund upon return. In this event, a return label will be provided free of charge so that the return can be made.

SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping
Shipping through our shop is free within the continental US. While this may be subject to future changes we are committed to providing free shipping for our products whenever possible.
Please allow up to 3 days for handling. Packages under 1 lb are shipped via USPS priority mail and arrive within 3 – 5 business days. All other packages are shipped via UPS Ground and arrive within a similar timeframe.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, due to ambiguity of domestic and international laws surrounding CBD commerce we do not currently offer international shipping. We are working to expand our services to other countries in the near future.
